Job Summary
Team overview and job responsibilities:
We are looking for an Offshore Installation Services Specialist to join our team based in Vila Velha ES Brazil. Reporting to the Offshore Manager you will be responsible for providing technical support for Turnkey projects and engineering technical support for Offshore services.
Requirements and skills for the role:
- Plan coordinate and oversee the installation of subsea electrical cable systems and ducts in shallow-water critical areas.
- Manage project permitting cable laying burial and testing activities.
- Monitor and support the execution of marine surveys bathymetry campaigns and operations involving barges and cablelaying vessels.
- Act as the communication interface with clients ensuring accurate transmission tracking and reporting of operational installation status.
- Prepare and allocate resources required for contractual service execution in line with Service Specifications.
- Develop activities necessary for full execution of clientspecified services.
- Provide support for onshore umbilical repair preparation including creation of material checklists activity schedules organization workflows and control spreadsheets.
- Prepare execution procedures for receipt handling and installation of umbilicals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
- Ensure compliance with procedures related to workarea housekeeping safety discipline accident prevention and environmental standards.
- Implement and periodically verify technical measures to eliminate risks to personnel health and the environment.
Who are we looking for We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Project.
- Knowledge of HSE (Health Safety Environment) requirements.
- English proficiency (desirable).
- Strong activity and teammanagement skills.

Procuramos um Especialista em Serviços de Instalação Offshore para integrar nossa equipe sediada em Vila Velha/ES Brasil.
Reportando-se ao Gerente Offshore você será responsável por fornecer suporte técnico para projetos Turnkey além de suporte de engenharia para atividades e serviços Offshore.
Requisitos e habilidades para a função:
- Planejar coordenar e supervisionar a instalação de sistemas de cabos elétricos submarinos e dutos em áreas críticas de águas rasas.
- Gerenciar o licenciamento do projeto o lançamento o enterramento e os testes de cabos.
- Monitorar e apoiar a execução de levantamentos marinhos campanhas batimétricas e operações envolvendo barcaças e embarcações de lançamento de cabos.
- Atuar como interface de comunicação com os clientes garantindo a transmissão o rastreamento e o reporte precisos do status operacional da instalação.
- Preparar e alocar os recursos necessários para a execução do serviço contratual em conformidade com as Especificações de Serviço.
- Desenvolver as atividades necessárias para a execução completa dos serviços especificados pelo cliente.
- Fornecer suporte para a preparação de reparos de umbilicais em terra incluindo a criação de listas de verificação de materiais cronogramas de atividades fluxos de trabalho de organização e planilhas de controle.
- Preparar os procedimentos de execução para recebimento manuseio e instalação de umbilicais.
- Desenvolver e manter cronogramas de projetos utilizando o MS Project.
- Garantir a conformidade com os procedimentos relacionados à organização da área de trabalho segurança disciplina prevenção de acidentes e normas ambientais.
- Implementar e verificar periodicamente medidas técnicas para eliminar riscos à saúde dos funcionários e ao meio ambiente.
Quem procuramos Procuramos um(a) candidato(a) com as seguintes habilidades e motivações:
- Bacharelado em Engenharia Elétrica Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas afins.
- Domínio do Pacote Office incluindo MS Project.
- Conhecimento das normas de SMS (Saúde Segurança e Meio Ambiente).
- Inglês fluente (desejável).
- Forte capacidade de gestão de atividades e equipes.
