This position exists to assist the Field Manager in ensuring that all projects are completed within budgeted hours by job specifications and in accordance with proper quality standards. Also to provide assistance with project preparation andscheduling with the primary focus on day-to-day field management of landscapeprojects.

Responsibilities
Use strong leadership skills to build teamwork high morale and a skillfulworkforce.
Assist in managing overseeing providing training and being a mentor to the Crew Leaders
Take personal responsibility for your own leadership development.
Review the scope of work proposals and drawings.
Assists (when needed) in the review and approval of all subcontractor invoicespertaining to the assigned projects.
Provide proactive planning and communication of all project schedule dates toall persons involved in the project. Included but not limited to the Field Manager Account Manager subcontractors purchasing department and yard personnel.
Assist in making daily adjustments to the schedule based on job completionsand changes in the customers expectations.
Qualifications
Excellent supervisory and customer service skills.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience in related construction field(s).
Demonstrated organization and leadership abilities.
Valid drivers license with proven safe driving record (required)
Ability to regularly lift 80lbs.
Experience operating skid-loader and related construction equipment.
