100% Travel Required

Are you a passionate nurse looking for a rewarding role that allows you to make an impact across multiple assisted living communities Join us as an Assisted Living Nursing Specialist where youll bring your expertise to support residents train staff and elevate the standard of care. This role offers flexibility growth potential and the chance to move into a regional nursing position. This position is 100% travel and preference for someone based out of Denver Colorado but consideration will be given to someone based out of Phoenix Salt Lake City Tucson Houston or Seattle area.

What we offer:

• Flexible Schedule: Work 10 days on 4 days off perfect for those with wanderlust. Position is as needed and paid as needed so you can work hard and play hard when you are not needed.
• Competitive Pay: Earn $50-60/hour based on experience.
• Growth Potential: This position is the first considered for regional nursing roles.
• Impact Multiple Communities: Travel between assisted living communities to provide leadership hands-on care and guidance.
• Training & Development: Be a mentor and educator for staff ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

What Youll Do:

• Lead clinical care and health assessments for residents in multiple communities.
• Collaborate with caregivers physicians and families to create personalized care plans.
• Train staff on best practices in infection control medication management and more.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical health incidents.
• Develop innovative care strategies to enhance residents quality of life.

Qualifications:

• RN with an active COMPACT license.
• 2 years of experience in assisted living required.
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between communities (drivers license and ability to fly required).
• Compassionate resident-centered approach to care.
