Job Summary
Are you a detailfocused Junior Electrical Draughtsman looking to grow your career in building services This is an exciting opportunity to work within an MEP environment supporting engineers on the design and coordination of electrical systems for modern building projects.
Job Description:
- Minimum 02 years AutoCAD experience (essential)
- Minimum 13 years Revit MEP experience advantageous (Electrical / Electronics modelling)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP beneficial
- Understanding of LV distribution lighting and small power systems
- Exposure to lighting layouts and power distribution
- Knowledge of MEP coordination (ceiling and service coordination beneficial)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards
- Good communication and time management skills
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 510 years experience in municipal infrastructure and building environment projects
- Exposure to both greenfield and brownfield developments
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Designer
- Confident client communicator and problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under pressure
- Access to own vehicle for site visits
Qualification:
- Diploma or Certificate in Drawing Office Practice / CAD / Draughting Technology
- MEP-related training courses (advantageous)
