We are hiring for Full-Time Spa Concierge ( 30 hours are available ) and Part-Time Spa Concierge (20-30 hours per week). Please note this position entails an in-depth training program and a 90 day probationary period. As a result we ask candidates to be considering a permanent position versus temporary/seasonal. Our immediate need is evenings and Saturdays.

More specifically our fabulous Spa Concierge:
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments - customized to their needs
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
- Introduces the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome a tour of our changing lounge and amenities and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guests favorite drink the warm inviting neck wrap personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Is the brand ambassador making sure the guest enters a clean safe place with just the right lighting music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
- Remains educated on all products offered by our spa. A strong sales position to ensure products at the recommendation of the Spa Professionals have been explained and followed up with the closing of the sale.
- Inviting the guests to re-schedule their reservations for their next visit with us to ensure they are aiding in building the retention of the business
- Serves as back up for the leadership team when they are busy taking care of the big stuff you always make sure things are running smoothly
