We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Coordinator to support our senior services community. If you thrive in a collaborative office environment and enjoy helping others this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain resident information ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Manage office supply orders and support daily office operations.
- Assist with insurance verification pre-authorization and claims processing.
- Support accounts receivable functions including entering charges and processing deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents families teammates and visitors.
- Attend in-services and complete required training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong data entry math and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 10 pounds and move throughout the facility.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with extended periods at a computer.
- Ambulatory throughout the facility; ability to bend stoop and reach overhead.
