Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain resident information ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
Manage office supply orders and support daily office operations.
Assist with insurance verification pre-authorization and claims processing.
Support accounts receivable functions including entering charges and processing deposits.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents families teammates and visitors.
Attend in-services and complete required training.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; additional education or office experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong data entry math and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry at least 10 pounds and move throughout the facility.
Working Conditions
Office environment with extended periods at a computer.
Ambulatory throughout the facility; ability to bend stoop and reach overhead.
