Solution Designer

We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer with strong telecom domain expertise and a solid background in Azure and Databricks who can translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end architecture solutions.

The Solution Designer will engage closely with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements translating them into scalable end-to-end solution architectures within a telecom (BSS/OSS) environment. The role involves defining how Azure services particularly Azure Databricks fit into the overall data and integration landscape including ingestion transformation and consumption layers. They will conduct detailed impact assessments to identify dependencies across systems evaluate how changes affect existing data flows and platforms and design robust architecture blueprints aligned with enterprise standards. Working alongside senior data engineers the Solution Designer will guide implementation ensure feasibility and support large-scale transformation programs while maintaining a strong focus on performance scalability and integration across SQL-based and cloud systems.

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in solution design data engineering or architecture roles
• Strong telecom domain knowledge (BSS/OSS systems)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure ecosystem (ADF Azure Data Lake Synapse etc.)
  • Azure Databricks (Spark Delta Lake Medallion Architecture)
• Strong SQL expertise and understanding of data platforms and data warehousing concepts
• Proven ability to design scalable enterprise-level architectures
• Experience performing impact assessments and dependency analysis across complex systems
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns and data flows
• Experience working on large transformation or migration programs
• Ability to create and present architecture diagrams and solution designs to both technical and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
