We offer full-time. You must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

You will travel throughout the Ruislip and Harrow areas delivering high-quality home care services including personal care domestic support and companionship.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Overall Responsibilities

• General home assistance
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and administration
• Personal care (bathing and dressing)
• Engaging activities such as reading board games puzzles or watching favourite shows
• Updating our care app after each visit so families can stay informed
