What Were Looking For
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
Active NMC registration
Minimum 3 years experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager
Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Strong understanding of CQC regulations safeguarding and clinical governance
Experience managing budgets occupancy and staffing performance
Excellent leadership and people management skills
