Registered Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Up to 55000 Full-Time

Join a well-established nursing home as a Nurse Qualified Home Manager and take the lead in delivering exceptional residential nursing and dementia care for older adults. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and driving high standards across both clinical and operational performance.

The home is purpose-built to support older adults with a range of care needs and provides a warm welcoming environment where residents can feel safe comfortable and valued. Supported by a dedicated team you will play a key role in shaping the homes continued success developing staff maintaining compliance and ensuring outstanding outcomes for residents and their families.

What Were Looking For

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
• Active NMC registration
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager
• Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations safeguarding and clinical governance
• Experience managing budgets occupancy and staffing performance
• Excellent leadership and people management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursing home
• Maintain high standards of care compliance and clinical practice
• Drive continuous improvement and service quality
• Support develop and inspire the staff team
• Ensure positive outcomes for residents and families
• Manage CQC compliance and inspection readiness
• Monitor occupancy budgets and overall home performance
• Build strong relationships with residents relatives healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
