We are expanding our global engineering team and are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our Service Delivery Team.

Senior IT Engineer Responsibilities

• Be consistently reliable proactive and solution-oriented
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Deliver expert support across systems servers networks and cloud environments
• Maintain and improve internal documentation KB articles and SOPs
• Analyze issues deeply to identify root causesnot just symptoms
• Collaborate with clients and guide them through technical resolutions
• Mentor and support junior engineers through knowledge sharing
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term fixes and improvements
• Participate in on-call or after-hours escalation rotations as needed

Senior IT Engineer Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or similar role (preferably in MSP or enterprise environments)
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Solid experience with Windows Server Active Directory and hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN VPN DNS DHCP firewalls)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Azure CCNA or equivalent) are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or engineering roles
