YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You oversee the end-to-end handling of damage cases ensuring timely processing and high-quality standards across all markets

• You track and analyze operational trends share findings with relevant stakeholders and implement corrective actions where needed

• You structure and coordinate workflows within our international teams covering daily and weekly planning as well as regular team meetings

• You act as a key interface between internal departments such as Operations Claims and Customer Service and external partners including repair providers and insurance companies

• You ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to damage handling at all times

• You monitor team performance conduct regular training sessions and support the continuous development and improvement of your team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a background in operations claims damage handling or a related commercial field

• Leadership You have experience coordinating or guiding teams and work in a structured independent and reliable manner

• Problem-solving You bring strong analytical skills sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving complex cases

• Stakeholder management You communicate confidently across internal departments and external partners building trust and maintaining alignment

• Tools & Systems You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and comfortable working with operational data and reporting

• Languages You have fluent French and English skills (mandatory) with additional languages being a plus
