Taste Quality Analytical Laboratory
The Quality Analyst (Chromatography) will temporarily join the laboratory team to perform accurate and timely analytical testing on different matrices used in the flavor industry ensuring compliance with quality specifications safety standards and Good Laboratory Practices.
This position is onsite in Tlalnepantla State of Mexico with a temporary assignment of 6 months working three rotating shifts with monthly rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document chromatographic analyses (mandatory) including GC and GCMS.
- Conduct physicochemical testing on powders dried products and emulsions.
- Prepare samples standards reagents and analytical solutions.
- Interpret validate and report analytical results in a reliable and timely manner.
- Operate handle and properly care for laboratory analytical equipment.
- Accurately record results in laboratory logs formats and/or electronic systems.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) quality guidelines and safety standards.
- Support investigations of outofspecification results when applicable.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Pharmaceutical Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in chromatography (mandatory).
- Experience analyzing solid and complex matrices preferably powders dried materials and emulsions.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry and organic chemistry.
- Availability to cover a temporary 6month position with rotating shifts.
Desirable Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in the food ingredient or flavor industry.
- Technical documentation handling and analytical reporting.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and specification compliance.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data recording and analysis.
