is building the power infrastructure that makes the AI era possible. As AI demand surges past what the grid and traditional data centers can support provides a new class of power technology proven at gigawatt scale and trusted by the worlds leading cloud and AI companies. Our systems are already deployed across 2.5 GW of hyper-scale campuses validated by top U.S. national labs and certified for grid-safe operation by major utilities. With real products in the field were scaling faster than the grid can transforming power from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage for the companies building the future.
is looking for a Support Analysts to join our team and operate Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at its best. This is a hands-on technical role at the heart of our energy operations.
What Youll Do:
Real-Time Monitoring:Continuously track critical system variables including voltage current temperature state of charge (SoC) and state of health (SoH) to ensure stable safe operation.
Alarm Detection & Escalation:Identify log and report any deviations from established operating parameters such as overheating or communication failures with the Energy Management System (EMS) and escalate as needed.
System Operation:Manage and adjust system performance to meet grid demand maximizing efficiency within defined operational parameters.
Emergency Response:Execute safety protocols during contingencies including cell isolation and emergency shutdowns to protect equipment and personnel.
Data Logging & Reporting:Maintain detailed operation logs and generate daily performance reports on battery systems and associated equipment.
Schedule: 7 days day shift / 7 days night shift / 7 days off (6:00 AM 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM 6:00 AM)
What Were Looking For:
Degree or technical certification in Electronics Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy Electromechanics or related field
Knowledge of DC/AC power systems and lithium-ion battery management (BMS)
Experience with SCADA platforms or energy monitoring software
Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/IP CAN serial)
Prior experience in control centers substations solar/wind farms or critical monitoring environments
Key Traits: Detail-oriented calm under pressure quick decision-maker strong team player.
Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven team shaping the future of clean energy
