Systems Administrator (Tramps & P2P)

Colliers is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Systems Administrator to support our Tramps property management system and Proactis P2P platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our Property Management and Finance teams ensuring data accuracy smooth operations and best-in-class service delivery for our clients.

What youll be doing

• Managing and maintaining Tramps and Proactis P2P including user access system performance and issue resolution
• Overseeing lease data management including rent reviews expiries and updates
• Supporting data uploads and integration from Lease Factory to Tramps
• Assisting with onboarding new clients and properties including bulk data migration
• Handling purchase order and invoice queries and supporting Accounts Payable processes
• Producing regular reports and insights on lease charges system performance and financial processes
• Working closely with Credit Control Treasury and Property Management teams to resolve queries
• Supporting system testing upgrades and continuous improvements

Qualifications :

What were looking for

• Experience in systems administration ideally within property management or finance
• Working knowledge of Tramps and/or Proactis P2P (or similar systems)
• Strong understanding of data management and processes
• High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
• The Right to Work in the UK
