Overview

Innotec is looking for a Director of Sales to accelerate growth within our Board-Free business unit with a strong focus on new business development and expanding strategic accounts.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building pipeline winning complex deals and driving measurable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth

Build and maintain a strong active sales pipeline

Lead complex sales cycles with technical customers

Expand existing accounts through strategic engagement

Develop and execute territory and account plans

Manage and guide rep partners to increase market coverage

Consistent pipeline generation and conversion

Growth in new customers and key accounts

Accurate forecasting and deal execution

Increased market penetration

Experience in technical or engineered product sales

Requirements

Desired Knowledge and Experience:

Proven success in leading sales teams in distribution or related industries.

Experience managing P&L and contributing to strategic business decisions.

Experience growing a distribution network and managing complex client relationships.

Ability to lead product training initiatives and drive team development.

Expertise in sales process optimization and operational efficiency.

Excellent negotiation conflict resolution and leadership skills.
