About the Role

As part ofour Sydney-based team of passionateproperty datasalespeople& with direct support from the Regional Director SalesforFinancial Servicesyouwilldrive the opportunity togrow our market sharein the Banking Mortgage Broker & Valuation segment byintroducingnew and growingexisting commercialrelationshipsin those markets.

Leveraging our existing strong position in marketdirect manager support and using your own domain knowledge and industry network you willdelivervalue to the marketthrough our unique property data solutions including direct datafeedsthePriceFinderplatform and Automated Valuation Models.

Key to your success will becontinuousMarket & Customer engagement will be through a range of prospecting and relationship management activitiesincludingqualifying inbound leads cold callingindustryevent networking product demonstration and trainingrunning data workshops andcoordinatingand executingclient &/or market events. Youwill quicklybecome adomainexpert in property data&associatedsolutionswhich will support your technical sales development andcareer pathways into Sales Leadershipwithin a dynamic high growth organisation.



In a typical day you can expect to:

  • Grow &develop thesales pipelineto achieveindividualsales targets throughnew business activitywithin your territory (prospecting lead development) &engagement with Clients inyour Book of Businesstorenew &upselldata product subscriptions.

  • Maintainbest practice pipelinemanagementincludingmaintainingopportunityaccuracy logging all prospect and client activity qualifying leads<48 hours to ensureaccuratereporting of pipeline performance at Team Sales Pipeline meetings

  • SupportGTM fornew productsor enhancement releases for existing productsinto your sales territory.

  • Capture and delivertimelyfeedback on products arising from Client and Market engagementandsupportobjection handling in your territory.Product feedbackchannels includeCRM activity logs and regularin personProduct Road Map meetings.

  • Collaborate withkeyinternalstakeholders tomaintainopportunity momentum to achieve quarterly goals (e.g.Product Pre/Post Sales Specialists Operations/ Pricing Legal).

  • Expand your knowledge to becomethe domainexpertforproperty data solutionsin your markets.

  • Travelinterstate to engage with your sales territory.

TheIdealCandidate:

  • 2 years ofB2B consultativeor diagnosticsales&account managementin data/ SaaS preferably within Financial Services.

  • Capability will include the ability to clearlyunderstandtarget/ client requirementsdeterminerelevant solutionsto diagnosedand qualified problems to solve&deliver thisin clear conciseproposal communications todevelop opportunities with customers and targets.

  • Strongverbal communication and ability to build rapportquickly in 1stinteractions and engagementsfromtheExecutive to Technicalstakeholders at clients and targets.

  • Some experiencehandling contractnegotiationsfor both new business and subscription renewalsunderstandinghow toestablishwin-win outcomesforlastingrelationships.

  • Solid ability to communicateopportunity/ client/ target use cases forour solutionsto meetinternalgovernance requirements andestablishrelevant pricing.

  • Enthusiasm and passionto build lastingbusiness relationships and growtarget market share.

  • Strong experienceusing a CRM to support sales activity develop pipeline and report performance.

Desirable

  • Property DataSolution sales experienceinto the Financial Services market of Australia; OR

  • Direct Australian Property Market experience at a Lending Valuation or Mortgage Brokingcompany.
