Care Client Executive

Job Description

A well established and friendly business in Malton is looking to welcome an experienced Client Executive into their growing team offering a salary of up to 50000 depending on experience. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of an existing book of business developing and maintaining client relationships while delivering a high standard of service within a supportive and collaborative environment.

If you have experience working as an Account Executive within insurance this is a strong opportunity to take ownership of an established client portfolio while continuing to develop within a specialist sector working as part of a team where you can make a tangible impact from day one.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business in a professional but personable office where people work hard support each other and take pride in delivering a strong client experience. The role combines relationship management technical insurance knowledge and commercial development.

Some of the Client Executive responsibilities include:
Managing and developing an existing portfolio of care and social welfare clients ensuring strong retention and growth
Delivering high levels of customer service providing accurate and independent insurance advice tailored to client needs
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients insurers and internal teams
Negotiating with insurers to secure comprehensive cover and competitive terms for clients
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through cross-sell and new business development
Maintaining up to date knowledge of products market conditions and sector developments
Monitoring performance against targets and contributing to wider team objectives
Working collaboratively with Client Advisors Claims Advisors and other stakeholders to deliver a joined-up service
Supporting wider business initiatives including projects and development activity

You will bring strong communication skills and enjoy building long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues. A commercial mindset and confidence managing client portfolios will be key alongside the ability to balance independent working with being part of a team.

Experience and skills required:
Proven experience as an Account Executive or Client Executive within insurance
Strong understanding of commercial lines and client relationship management
Ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships
Comfortable working towards targets and objectives
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience within care healthcare or regulated sectors would be beneficial but not essential

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm offering a salary aligned to experience at Client Executive level alongside the opportunity to develop within a stable and growing business.
