Complex Care Assistant

We are looking experienced complex carers to support a gentleman with a spinal cord injury who requires a multitude of clinical interventions.

This can include continence care medication administration specialist moving and handling and assistance with personal care. 

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same as we are looking for a compassionate reliable individuals with strong emotional resilience to join a brand new team.

This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working alongside a supportive and experienced management team where flexibility reliability and consistency is key.

Qualifications :

Experience in the following is a essential prior to be interviewed for this role:

- Spinal Injury Experience (in particular Autonomic Dysflexia)

- Bowel Management (administering suppostries)

- Medication Administration

- Moving & Handling Equipment

- Clear Communication Skills.

- A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle due to the location and transport links.
