Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $38.75 - $44 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients physical abilities and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation and patient goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other modalities to improve patients strength flexibility and range of motion
- Monitor and document patients progress adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to improve their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and human movement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems
Schedule:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. There may be occasional weekend rotations required.
