St Vincents Care at Home is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Rehab at Home program in Sydney. This role delivers highquality rehabilitation to patients in their own homes supporting safe early discharge and recovery following elective orthopaedic surgery and acute private hospital admissions to St Vincents Mater and Sydney Private hospitals.
Rehab at Home is an established evidencebased model combining inhome physiotherapy virtual care and multidisciplinary coordination to achieve excellent patient outcomes while avoiding unnecessary hospital stays.
About You
Youll bring expert physiotherapy care into the community with confident autonomous practice sharp clinical reasoning and a modern techenabled approach to rehabilitation.
You Bring
- AHPRAregistered Physiotherapist
- Non-negotiable: Minimum 3 years of experience
- Desirable: Experience in rehabilitation orthopaedics subacute or community care
- Confident working autonomously in homebased settings
- Strong clinical reasoning communication and timemanagement skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and telehealth as part of routine care
- Current drivers licence and access to a suitable motor vehicle
