Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Ho Chi Minh this role you will transform sales and business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making improve sales performance and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities experience with BI tools and CRM systems and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across different business functions.

What You Will Do:

• Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to sales performance pipeline tracking revenue and customer trends.
• Analyze sales funnel metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion performance.
• Support forecasting and pipeline management through data analysis and reporting.
• Conduct account-level and territory-level analysis to support business growth strategies.
• Deliver regular business insights and performance reports to leadership teams
• Support pricing discount and margin analysis initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales Finance Marketing and Operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and BI platforms.
• Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Business Intelligence Sales Analytics Data Analytics or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
• Strong Excel and Power Query skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Dynamics or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes pipeline stages and forecasting concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable presenting insights to leadership and business stakeholders.
