We are looking for a Contract Managerto join our team. The main duties of the role will beto ensurethe quality of housing stock meets required legislative standards through management of consultants and contractors to deliver programs of work. Engaging with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of timecostand quality.
To succeedyoullhave proven experience of managing contractors and consultants gained within a constructionmaintenanceor social housing environment. You will also have a good operational knowledge of health and safety specifically in relation to the building industry. A technical trade or energy qualifications in aconstruction baseddiscipline is essential as is experience of conducting inspections and audits and the ability to produce specifications and service standards.
