Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 6-week assignment in Delcambre Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility reduce pain and restore function.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Active Louisiana Physical Therapist license (or compact license)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
