Floater Cleaning Technician On Call Coverage

• Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping mopping dusting trash removal restroom sanitation etc.)
• Fill in for call-outs and open shifts as needed
• Work independently at some locations and as part of a team at others
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all assigned locations
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

• Prior professional cleaning experience (required)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to travel between multiple job sites
• Flexibility with scheduling including short-notice assignments
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for 34 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to carry and use a backpack vacuum (approximately 15 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and dependability

• Experience working in commercial cleaning environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Varies based on staffing needs; must be available for flexible hours
• Must be able to start at 5:30 PM or later
• Some morning shifts may be available
