Job Summary

Senior Helpers Lafayette is seeking a professional reliable and growth-minded Client Relations & Growth Manager to support client retention service growth community outreach and overall client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized proactive relationship-driven and able to communicate effectively with clients families vendors referral partners and internal team members.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership anticipates needs and understands the importance of both exceptional service and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong communication with clients families vendors and referral partners
Support client retention and identify opportunities for service growth
Assist with service coordination and client satisfaction follow-up
Work collaboratively with leadership operations scheduling recruiting and marketing teams
Participate in community outreach networking and marketing initiatives
Assist with trainings and occasional weekend/community events as needed
Utilize WellSky or similar systems for documentation and service management
Help identify operational opportunities and support company growth initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services healthcare home care customer relations or operations required
Experience with WellSky or similar systems preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortability using technology and AI tools
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service areas
Professional outgoing dependable and growth-oriented
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and accountability

Schedule & Expectations

Full-time MondayFriday
Flexibility for occasional Saturday trainings/events
Flexibility for after-hours marketing initiatives and community outreach events

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $22$24/hour based on experience with growth potential
