Leading the Engineering Solutions function for APAC

This is a Leadership role responsible for leading functional SolutionsEngagement with the Geo and Productand TechnologyOrganizationtodesignan optimalregionallyand globally consistent engineering services solution for new bidsandGrowth opportunities. The role is the single point of contact from EngineeringOperations APAC for all major regional and global bids.In order tobeeffectivethe Engineering SolutionsDirector will work closely with APAC EngineeringOperationsRegional Lead and Hub leads to coordinate due diligence scope assessments and design a locallyviableand regionally scalableorganizationstructure and solution for new bidsand existing clients.The role will report into the Global Engineering Solutions Structure.

What thisroleinvolves:

This position will include bringing best engineering practices to the sales and solutioning process all while working closely with the regional teams to improve performance and increase speed of engineering content delivery. You will

• Act as subject matter expert inengineeringand critical environment/data center operations/products arena supporting the Work Dynamics business

• Leverage broader JLL Engineering Operations Product and Global Operationsexpertiseto help Solutions Development best in classsolutionfor Workplace services bidsrenewalsand expansions.

• Manage and lead the sales development ofthe engineeringspecialty products and drive coordination with the department leaders to manage salesplatformand pipeline reporting.

• Bean active member of the Regional and Global Engineering community.

• Work collaboratively with the Asia Pacific hub EngineeringOperationsleads and Country engineers tovalidatescope conduct DDs and recommendorganizationstructures technologysolutionsand deliverysolutionsfor Engineering to bid and renewal leads inthe SolutionsDevelopmentorganization.

• Where requiredengagewith the Global Engineering Productsand Technologyteam indeveloping a solution that is scalable consistent while being regionallyviableand pragmatic.

• Support Sales and growth of Data Centre sector FM and IT services in APAC whileworking closely with theDCOperations Leadpromotinglifecycle programs.

• Participate in RFP/RFI response efforts as needed; this could include collaborating on technical responses example deliverables presentations staffing model development transitionsolutionsand pricing exercises.Make recommendations to the bid management team on improvements to proposal language and technical deliverables.

• Monitor market trends and changes to ensure that JLL provides industry best practice in the delivery of Engineering Services

• Act as a liaison with the engineering organization and the Product Engineering team for continual product improvement idea sharing and general collaboration.

• Develop and lead the bundling of engineering specialty services and technical solutions and products to produce value added offerings.

Buildingstrong relationships

• Build strong working relationships with Business Technology Technology Sales SCMP and Accountsorganizationto help design abest-in-classengineering services solution.

• Work closely with Bid teams in development of standard andcustomizableSales collateral and host it on JLLSharePoint.

• Workclosely withEngineering Sales and Transition counterparts in other regions of EMEAAMRand LATAM for global bids.

• Implement standard business operating mechanisms such as regular team meetings strategic review forums training conferences and regular analysis and reporting processes to ensure team engagement and alignment and to provide an effective and efficient Engineering Solutions Development.

• Maintain effective communications with external and internal clients technicalpersonneland key management

An Engineering Subject Matter Expert:

An ideal candidate would haveauniversity degree or professional qualification in engineeringand overtenyears experience inleading engineering operations.Regional experience across geos is a big advantage
