Solutions Architect, Singapore

We are looking for experienced architects who can develop detailedarchitecture and transition blueprints that guide successful customer deployments migrations and platform transformation initiatives.Additionallyyoullcreate repeatabledeploymentblueprints that become the templates for all customer deployments.These will be used to develop our services practices to enable our delivery teams our partner teams and our customers to deploy our secondary storage solutions applications. These practices willutilizethe architecture sold by our account teams to achieve customer-committed addition to building these solutions this role will also spend considerable timevalidatingthese procedures in the field and teaching partners and customers how to apply these in their environment.

In this role you will be working with engineering systems engineers tech marketing specialists and customer support to build out professional services practices starting with the architectural blueprint that coversassessment architecture design migration planning deployment and governanceto be used by delivery teams partners and customers.

The ideal candidate is someone who has5years experienceinarchitecting documenting deploying and enabling others.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

• Deliver architecturedesignsand professional services to Cohesity customers

• Lead customer transition initiatives from assessment through deployment completion serving as technical authority for migration strategy workloadprioritizationand execution planning.

• Identifytechnical operationalsecurityand business risks andestablishtransition plans prior to implementation.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customer architects infrastructure teams and executive stakeholders

• Review and approve design deviations implementationdecisionsanddeploymentreadiness milestones.

• Build strategic relationships with key customers and Cohesity teams

• Collaborate with Cohesitys product solutions productmanagementand engineeringteamsto bridge the gap between technology capabilities and customer requirements

• Present architecture recommendations deployment strategies and technical risks toexecutiveandtechnicalstake holders.

• Engage directly with customers to understand their organization needs andidentifyhow Cohesitys product features can best support their objectives

• Develop detailed solution designs including architecture diagrams sizing specifications integration requirements and risk assessments.

• Engage directly with customers to understand their organizational needs andidentifyhow Cohesitys product features can best support their objectives

• Provide field feedback to Product Management and Engineering teamsregardingdeployment challenges feature gaps automation opportunities and customerrequirements.

• Define technical architecture including sizing and performance that meet customer requirements

• Engage with teams to ensure Deployment Designs are successfully deployed

• Develop best practices for the deployment designs that translate to project plans

• Continually improve deliverables as we scale and release new features/products

• Inspect deliverables for success and improvements.

• Work with others to develop post-deployment documentation (run books pre-deployment templates etc.)

• Provide feedback to Implement Engineers Systems Engineers and engineering on ways to improve the overall experience

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of professional IT experience
