Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines CSR / Account Managerto join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in personal and/or commercial lines of insurance who is looking to grow within a supportive and tight-knit company.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40000 - $55000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines accounts including standard personal lines policies
- Handle endorsements and process policy changes
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
