Norfolk County Council is proud to be delivering the new Connect to Work initiative in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions supporting people with disabilities longterm health conditions care leavers and exoffenders into meaningful sustained employment.
We are expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are seeking passionate driven individuals to join us on an 18month contract until circa December 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highprofile programme delivering inclusive personcentred employment support in line with the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
As a Job Coach you will work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengthsbased approach and the 5stage model you will provide tailored coaching advocacy and inwork support to help individuals secure and sustain employment and thrive in the workplace.
