About the role

AtAccent our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Were looking for a Business Insights Specialist to ensure their voices are heard understood and turned into meaningful action.

In this varied and impactful role youll analyse customer data to drive service improvement across the organisation. Working closely with the Customer Insights Manager and key stakeholders youll manage and evaluate multichannel feedback including transactional and TSM perception surveys and produce clear actionable insight that informs decisions at every level.

Youll take a wholejourney view of the customer experience identifying whats working well where the pain points are and how services can be improved for both customers and assets. Through regular insight reporting bespoke research and ad hoc analysis youll help service leads managers and directors understand the customer voice and turn insight into real change.

Business Insights Specialist Salary

The spot salary for this post is 39795 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If youre still developing some of the skills or experience you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About you

The successful applicant will be subject to preemployment checks such as DBS and social media screening before an offer is confirmed.
