We are seeking an Affiliate Specialist to support the growth and performance of SharkNinjas presence on TikTok Shop in the UKI.
This role willbe responsible forthe day-to-day operations and execution of TikTok Shop strategiesworking closely with internal teams and creators to drive product visibility engagement and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing high-priority social commerce channel at an innovative consumer-first brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day execution ofSharkNinjasTikTok Shop affiliate programme byidentifyingonboarding and engaging creators and partners that align with brandobjectives.
- Assistin the delivery of affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility engagement and sales following direction set by the Affiliate Manager.
- Maintain close communication with affiliate creators offeringtimelysupport responses to BAU questions performanceinsightsand creative guidance to optimise results.
- Monitor affiliate performance using TikTok Shops native analytics and internal dashboards flagging trends and insights to the Affiliate Manager for optimisation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as partner tracking commission setup contentapprovalsand compliance checks ensuringaccurateexecution and reporting.
- Stay informed on emerging TikTok trends creatoropportunitiesand competitor activity to help shape campaign execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of affiliate workflows and partner processes supporting team efficiency and scalability.
- EmbodySharkNinjasbrand values in all external interactions and serve as a key point of contact for affiliates and creators in the market.
About you:
- At least 1 years experience in social media affiliate marketing influencer marketing or performance marketing ideallywithin eCommerce or consumer brands. Experience in TikTok Shop Affiliates isadvantageous
- An understanding of TikToks ecosystem and content trends
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills
- A strong commercial acumen and results driven
- A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious with a desire to testnew ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proventrack recordof being able to multitask
