Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the MDM CCO operations (Commercialization Change Order process Item data attribution and quality activities) in driving for optimum performance and operational excellence that provides valuable impact to the business as an effective functional organization; works together with key stakeholders from the Business Units taking smart risks in leveraging all possible opportunities making sure that operational strategies are tactically executed and attributes are properly maintained. He/she develops strong partnership with the Item MDM Operations Lead and Item Governance Lead in leading the team for consistent delivery of quality reliability continuity timely and completeness of Commercialization Change Order (CCO) process while continuously building the functional expertise of the team. The MDM CCO Manager focuses on overall management and output of the CCO team leaders and team members ensuring all aspects of the business are supported.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to Make and Buy CCO teams providing responses to leadership on CCO status as needed
- Promote the need for accurate data while minimizing turnaround time
- Support CCO process continuous improvement efforts and define KPIs for new processes
- Identify areas of the process where automation can be utilized to reduce turnaround time and manual touchpoints
- Empower all members of CCO team to follow appropriate processes. Promote cross-training where appropriate
- Support all team members in system enhancement ideas assisting in clearly identifying requirements and testing scope
Database Analyst Support
- Spearhead execution of Commercialization Change Orders on establish ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) in a timely manner
- Review all system enhancement ideas and offer feedback to team members to optimize FTE savings
- Review requests for CCO expediting from leadership and clearly communicate and track CCO progress
- Support Order Management in removing roadblocks for order placement specifically during critical business periods
- Track and manage timely Service Ticket completion and closure
- Participate in discussions driving process change and communicate potential impact with leadership and CCO team members
- Assign standard cost for each item number (CAD) and coordination with Plant Cost Analyst in NA when
- Support plant-to-plant product transfer initiatives
- Collaborate with IT support teams to drive systematic improvements
- Align with internal plant operations to optimize Make CCO processes removing roadblocks for ME/AME teams
- Align with internal procurement teams to optimize Buy CCO processes removing roadblocks for procurement teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience in using ERP system
- Basic knowledge and experience on Bill of Materials Management and Item * * * Creation on ERP systems product development production methods product lifecycle and Stage Gate process (Required).
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-business Suite or other Oracle based configuration tools (Preferred).
- Knowledge and experience in using Power BI (Preferred).
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
-Bachelors degree graduate in any business course preferably in Engineering.
