Job Description
A well-established and growing organisation in Scarborough is looking to appoint a Recruiter offering a salary of up to 32000 and full-time hours Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and an early finish at 14:30 on a Friday. This is a key hire supporting operational delivery ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified and compliant professionals within a structured process-driven environment.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a national candidate base
- Source attract and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Screen CVs and verify qualifications certifications and right to work
- Conduct interviews to assess capability and overall suitability
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records and documentation
- Support onboarding including contracts and required employment documentation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pool to support future and urgent hiring needs

The Candidate
- Proven recruitment experience either agency or in-house
- Comfortable managing high-volume compliance-heavy recruitment
- Strong attention to detail particularly around documentation and processes
- Able to work in a structured organised and deadline-driven environment
- Confident stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Open to learning a specialist sector industry experience not essential
