Regional Recruiter

What you will be doing 

• Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across Wales 

• Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locations 

• Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media. Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics pipeline and your personal KPIs 

• Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCHs profile locally 

• Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the region

Qualifications :

What you need

• Proven experience in recruitment ideally in care healthcare or high-volume sectors 

• Confident communicator able to build rapport at all levels 

• Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic patch 

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle 

• Data-driven approach to managing recruitment activity and reporting 

• Passionate about making a difference through people 

• Able to work with and achieve based on KPIs
