About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based digital marketing consultancy to hire for this role. They manage social media email and paid campaigns for a portfolio of SME clients. Theyre a small fast-moving team and need a VA to handle the admin and marketing execution that keeps campaigns running on time.

The role

Youll support the account managers with scheduling social posts preparing reports managing content calendars updating spreadsheets and handling the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps client campaigns on track. Youll be organised reliable and quick to get to grips with new tools.

What youll do

• Schedule and publish social media posts using Buffer Hootsuite or Later
• Maintain and update content calendars for multiple clients
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports from ad platforms
• Handle general admin including document formatting data entry and inbox management
• Research competitor content industry news and trending topics for briefs

What youll need

• Organised and detail-oriented you keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
• Good written English for client-facing documents and communications
• Quick learner with new tools and platforms
• Reliable deadlines in marketing are real

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketing agency or supporting a marketing team
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Buffer Hootsuite Later)
• Exposure to Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics reporting
