Were looking for aPayroll & Pensions Administrator to join our small supportive Payroll and HR team.
This is a predominantly remote role with one day per week in our Holborn office. Youll have the autonomy to manage your own workload while staying closely connected to the team through regular check-ins and collaboration.
Its a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work values accuracy and wants to build deeper experience across payroll pensions and HR.
The Role
Youll take ownership of key payroll and pension administration tasks ensuring everything runs smoothly accurately and in line with current legislation.
Working closely with the Payroll Manager and wider HR team youll play an important role in supporting employees and maintaining high standards across payroll and pensions processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the payroll inbox responding to payroll pension and basic HR queries Support the preparation and processing of payroll Maintain accurate payroll and pension records Assist with timesheets pay queries and payroll adjustments Support pension administration including auto-enrolment opt-ins opt-outs and re-enrolment Ensure payroll and pension data is accurate and compliant with legislation Produce payroll and pension reports Provide professional and friendly support to employees with queries
What Were Looking For
Experience in payroll administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident working with numbers and data Organised with the ability to manage your own workload Comfortable working remotely while staying connected to a team Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel A proactive and reliable approach
Development & Progression
