Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to support a large-scale Salesforce and contact center transformation initiative.

Key Requirements

Strong experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation projects
Expertise in:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce PSS
- Salesforce Knowledge
Experience with call center/contact center transformation
Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agentic AI technologies or Salesforce Agentforce is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce solution design and architecture
Work with business and technical teams to define scalable solutions
Provide architectural guidance and best practices
Support enterprise CRM and customer service transformation initiatives
