Project Summary:

The project includes onsite asset scanning tagging data collection reconciliation with existing records and the General Ledger audit-ready reporting and implementation of an asset management system for ongoing tracking.

Mode of work: Hybrid - Onsite at Mt. Diablo USD sites during kickoff field inventory key validation meetings training and final review; Remote for planning reporting system implementation coordination and documentation

Key Requirements:
8 years managing fixed asset inventory asset management system implementation public-sector/K 12 projects data migration training coordination reporting and client stakeholder management

Key Requirements
Lead the full project lifecycle from onsite inventory through system implementation; coordinate with District staff; manage schedule site access field team system configuration data migration integration coordination training UAT issue resolution progress reporting and final acceptance
