Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & React AI-Enabled SDLC)

Location: Jersey City NJ / Midtown NYC

Type: Contract

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience backend development and React frontend engineering combined with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted software development tools and practices.

This role will work closely with internal AI and engineering teams to help drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation initiatives accelerate delivery and improve software quality through modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable applications /C# and React
• Build modern APIs backend services and responsive frontend applications
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor Claude Code or similar platforms
• Apply AI across SDLC phases including coding debugging testing and documentation
• Collaborate with AI Product and Engineering teams to refine AI-driven development frameworks
• Participate in Agile development sprint planning and rapid delivery cycles
• Support architecture discussions technical design and solution optimization
• Ensure application performance scalability and code quality standards

Required Skills

• 5 years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET / C# / Core
• React / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI coding/development tools (Cursor Claude Code GitHub Copilot etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted SDLC frameworks (BMAD or similar)
• Exposure to prompt-driven development and automated code generation
• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
• Experience working in fast-paced innovation or AI-focused environments
