Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):

- Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire () potential for extension

Core Responsibilities:
- Underwrite property investment deals evaluating risk and uncertainty using Monte Carlo simulations.
- Run thousands of scenario analyses by adjusting variables such as market conditions revenue costs and timing.
- Project and forecast future financial performance including revenue expenses cash flows and market assumptions to support long-term underwriting decisions.
- Validate that forecasting models and logic reflect realistic market and business expectations.
- Calculate and interpret Present Value/Net Present Value (NPV) to assess deal viability and investment attractiveness ensuring calculations are correct and understandable for stakeholders and AI systems.
- Gather and translate detailed business and underwriting requirements into AI-driven workflows.
- Support the development and validation of AI-enabled underwriting evaluation models utilizing platforms such as Google Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise.
- Collaborate directly with Google teams to customize AI tools and ensure outputs align with financial models business rules and market realities.
- Leverage Salesforce for deal intake evaluation and approval workflows integrating financial modeling logic across Salesforce Excel and Google AI platforms.
- Ensure compliance with property and investment rules and regulations and assess real-world market feasibility.
Required Skills:
- Underwriting experience with properties
- Financial modeling expertise
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulations
- Strong understanding of present value/NPV concepts
- Experience with Salesforce Excel and Google AI platforms (Vertex AI Gemini Enterprise)
- Knowledge of property investment rules and market feasibility
