Job Summary:

Provides technical assistance and rapid issue resolution for trading systems hardware and applications used by front-office personnel on the trading floor.

Responsibilities:

Provide real-time technical support for traders and front-office staff resolving issues related to trading platforms market data feeds hardware and network connectivity.
Monitor the health and performance of trading systems and escalate incidents as needed.
Collaborate with infrastructure application and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Document recurring issues and contribute to the creation of support guides and knowledge bases.
Ensure minimal downtime and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Skills:

Experience supporting trading platforms financial systems or high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of market data applications such as Bloomberg Reuters or ICE.
Familiarity with Windows Linux scripting and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
