Coordinate with internal teams for store design layout and merchandising planning

Oversee site selection support feasibility analysis and store rollout strategy

Ensure brand consistency across all store formats

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage contractors architects designers and external vendors

Negotiate contracts pricing and delivery timelines

Liaise with landlords mall management and government authorities
