1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning budgeting execution and closure

Manage new store setups renovations and expansion projects

Ensure adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards

2. Retail Expansion & Store Development

Coordinate with internal teams for store design layout and merchandising planning

Oversee site selection support feasibility analysis and store rollout strategy

Ensure brand consistency across all store formats

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
-
Manage contractors architects designers and external vendors
-
Negotiate contracts pricing and delivery timelines

Liaise with landlords mall management and government authorities

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and manage project budgets

Track expenses and ensure cost optimization

Monitor ROI and capex utilization for new projects

5. Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate with operations VM marketing supply chain and IT teams

Ensure smooth store handover to operations post project completion
