Responsibilities

Source screen interview and hire candidates for healthcare roles
Use job boards LinkedIn and direct sourcing to find candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
Support candidate onboarding
Maintain accurate records in the ATS

Requirements

3 5 years of recruitment experience (Healthcare preferred)
Knowledge of healthcare roles licensure and credentialing
Experience with ATS and job portals
Good communication and negotiation skills
