Hybrid role
- Configure and support SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
- Design develop and enhance Payroll Schemas and PCRs based on business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end US payroll processing payroll validation and issue resolution.
- Work extensively with BSI Tax Factory and TUBS for payroll tax processing.
- Perform payroll testing regression testing and support payroll implementation activities.
- Execute and validate ADP Quarterly File testing (preferred).
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and provide production support.
- Work with inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and understand end-to-end interface functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Strong experience in SAP HCM US Payroll.
- Mandatory expertise in Payroll Control Records (PCR) and Schema development.
- Hands-on experience with TUBS and BSI Tax Factory.
- Good understanding of payroll interfaces and integration mechanisms.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP US Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll processing Payroll Control Records (PCR) Schema development payroll tax configuration and payroll interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BSI TUBS and payroll testing along with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Configure support and maintain SAP US Payroll solutions. Develop and enhance Payroll Control Records (PCR) and Payroll Schemas. Execute and support end-to-end US Payroll processing. Work extensively with BSI Tax Factory and TUBS for payroll tax processing. Perform payroll validation reconciliation and issue resolution. Support payroll testing regression testing and UAT activities. Perform ADP Quarterly File Testing (preferred). Analyze and troubleshoot payroll calculation issues. Work on payroll inbound/outbound interfaces and understand interface processing. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver payroll enhancements and support. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in US Payroll. Hands-on experience in PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schema writing. Experience with TUBS and BSI Tax Factory. Good understanding of payroll interfaces and integrations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in the Night Shift (up to 1:30 AM IST). Good to Have Experience in ADP Quarterly File Testing. Exposure to payroll implementations upgrades or support projects. Experience with payroll reconciliation and compliance activities.
