We are looking for a seasoned SAP US Payroll professional with 610 years of hands-on experience particularly in supporting and enhancing SAP HR modules with a strong focus on Canada Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge support project experience and a collaborative mindset to drive operational excellence and compliance in HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
Design develop and enhance Payroll Schemas and PCRs based on business requirements.
Handle end-to-end US payroll processing payroll validation and issue resolution.
Work extensively with BSI Tax Factory and TUBS for payroll tax processing.
Perform payroll testing regression testing and support payroll implementation activities.
Execute and validate ADP Quarterly File testing (preferred).
Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and provide production support.
Work with inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and understand end-to-end interface functionality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP HCM US Payroll.
Mandatory expertise in Payroll Control Records (PCR) and Schema development.
Hands-on experience with TUBS and BSI Tax Factory.
Good understanding of payroll interfaces and integration mechanisms.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
