In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality scalability and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes to support evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: develop and implement custom solutions using the Enovia Customization to meet specific engineering and design strong java rogramming skills to create robust and efficient software modules that seamlessly integrate with ENOVIA software . existing code and troubleshoot issues to ensure high performance and ENOVIA JAVA development processes into a DevOps environment to streamline workflows and enhance overall project and maintain detailed documentation for developed software modules including design specifications user manuals and release notes. Professional & Technical Skills: know 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA CATIA Git version control tools with a strong understanding of git flow branching merging and repository with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines like Jenkins and GitHub problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: 1. Must have 4 years of experience in Web application including Enovia CatiaSolidworks Draftsight with 3dexperience integration .2. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively 3. Team player and work closely with other peers . 4. This position is based at our Pune office.
