Customize and develop applications in BMC Remedy AR System (ARS)
Design and modify forms fields and workflows
Develop Active Links Filters Escalations
Configure and support Remedy ITSM modules (Incident Change Problem)
Perform workflow automation and business rule implementation
Integrate ARS with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Handle data migration import/export and data management
Troubleshoot production issues and provide support
Work with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
Ensure performance optimization and system stability
