3DEXPERIENCE CAD Integration (PDM) Engineer
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
User support in CAD Integration including legacy Windchill and other systems where needed
Leading the migration of legacy data and systems into a unified platform
Coordinating the upgrades of CAD software (Hot Fixes)
Monitoring closely Service Requests (SRs) with third parties
Reporting & Solving issues related to CAD Integration through systematic OIDs
Building an MQL dictionary & implementing fixes
Transferring and monitoring/filtering of data into CAD systems
Administration of CAD Integration software maintenance agreements with third parties
Monitoring licences usage and coordinating new licenses purchasing
Training CAD integration users for effective problem solving
Ensuring the correct updates of use-case and installation manuals with third parties
Ensuring controlled installation processes with IT of CAD and 3DX extensions
Maintaining a CAD database and library
Testing platform version upgrades and training users for smooth transition to a new system
Troubleshooting network issues & setting up CAD Stations with IT as required
Supporting and communicating with Global 3DEXPERIENCE Manager regarding 3DX issues
Understanding software monitoring to improve overall application performance
Required Abilities:
A minimum of a Degree in Engineering or IT.
8 years of experience
Knowledge of Creo CAD system & 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Knowledge of other CAD tools preferred.
Preference will be given to applicants who have a programming background & have led similar roles within the 3DEXPERIENCE Dassault Systèmes platform
Takes initiative & able to problem solve.
Excellent attention to detail.

Effective time management and follow up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and independently on assigned tasks.
Ability to multi-task.
Familiar with 5S Systematic approach.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
