Job Title: Associate Technical Recruiter
Location: Sec-62 Noida UP.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for client requirements primarily in IT domains. This role involves sourcing screening and coordinating candidates for technical positions ensuring timely closures while maintaining a high quality of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals Boolean search strings and other networking channels.
- Create and apply advanced Boolean search techniques to find niche and hard-to-locate talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process to ensure engagement and reduce dropouts.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients for future requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of recruitment life cycle and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with IT skills and job profiles such as Java Azure DevOps Full Stack QA etc.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
