Source screen and interview candidates from various platforms including Monster LinkedIn Indeed Ladders etc.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.

Manage the ATS and coordinate interviews.

Assist in offer negotiations and maintain recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

Recruitment experience preferably in a remote setting.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Any Bachelors degree
