Experience: 5–10 years in automobile service operations
Minimum 2–3 years in Service Manager / Workshop Manager role

Job Purpose
To lead and manage end-to-end service operations ensuring high customer satisfaction workshop efficiency and service revenue growth while maintaining standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily workshop operations (job cards technician allocation productivity)
* Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and handle escalations
* Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and service quality
* Lead train and evaluate service advisors & technicians
* Ensure compliance with OEM standards safety and audit requirements
* Coordinate with spares warranty and sales teams
* Drive service revenue AMC and labor sales
* Maintain MIS reports KPIs and performance dashboards
